Except human hair you’ll purchase on your own! I only provide color 1b ( black ) if you’re wanting another color I must be notified 3 days before appointment! ⚠️ Hair must be 4-5 inches all around! ⚠️Extra guests are not allowed! ⚠️ Please don’t come if you’re feeling ill or sick! ✨CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY✨ ⏰ Respect the Chair, Respect Your Time 💼 • I value your time and mine! To provide the best experience for every client, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for all no-call/no-shows and same-day cancellations. 💳 This fee will be applied to the card on file or must be paid before rebooking. • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Life happens — just communicate. 💬 You will get a 10min grace period to arrive at your scheduled appointment as so will I after 20 min will result in a no call no show and there will be a 50% fee due before booking another appointment (unless we communicated) ✨ Consultation Services ✨ • Quick Consultation — $35 (Up to an hour ) Perfect for discussing desired styles, pricing, hair prep, braid/loc sizing, length, and booking details. • Detailed Hair & Loc Consultation — $100 ( Two Hours ) Includes scalp and hair assessment, loc evaluations, hair concerns, maintenance recommendations, and personalized styling guidance. • Intensive Hair Transformation Consultation — $150 (Up to 3.5 Hours) For major hair changes, custom plans, restoration guidance, or multiple service planning. Includes a detailed personalized hair plan and recommendations. ✨ Consultation Policy ✨ •Consultation fees are non-refundable but can be applied toward your booked appointment if scheduled within 7 days after consultation 💕 I also go live on my socials if you would like your appointment for me not to go live please send me a text and let me know before your appointment!!
